The study examines the relationship between political behaviors, e.g., ingratiation, structure change, cooptation, and threat, their outcomes such as interpersonal trust, alienation, feeling about job performance. A negative behaviors trust andfeelings performance, a positive alienation is hypothesized. Results largely support hypotheses. However, feelings performance marginal. Findings are discussed in light of available research.

MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are small, non-coding molecules that act as essential post-transcriptional regulators in various biological processes. Many studies suggest miRNAs may modulate the host immune response during virus infections. We analyzed publicly available transcriptomics data involving infection with different RNA viruses and identified most prominent candidate, miR-203a-3p. This miRNA is upregulated H7N9, HCV, DENV2 Interestingly, pathway analysis of microRNA-targeted genes shows...

We analyse the locking phenomena arising when an external-cavity diode laser is subjected to optical injection from another uncontrolled laser. The system stability investigated as a function of coupled cavity time delay and strength. Different regimes, spanning 'in-phase locking' 'out-of-phase with ultimate amplitude death low-frequency fluctuations/pulsations, are described experimentally well numerically for weak moderate injection. Qualitative agreements between observed results...
