Ulcerative colitis (UC) is a chronic and easily recurrent inflammatory bowel disease. The gut microbiota plasma metabolites play pivotal roles in the development progression of UC. Therefore, therapeutic strategies targeting intestinal flora or offer promising avenues for treatment Luteolin (Lut), originating from variety vegetables fruits, has attracted attention its potent anti-inflammatory properties potential to modulate flora. efficacy Lut was evaluated an established dextran sodium...

In this study, an alternating magnetic field-responsive controlled-release imidacloprid (IM) nanoplatform (MRCIN) was fabricated by loading IM in yolk–shell Fe3O4@C. Fe3O4@C with a large BET surface area (312.62 m2/g) acted as carrier for IM. Interestingly, the Fe3O4 nanoparticles MRCIN could vibrate under varied electromagnetic fields (VEFs) to boost release of Therefore, presented excellent performance via designing frequency and voltage, which be proved curve control efficacy experiment....

Mastitis is an inflammation of the mammary gland that can be caused by various factors, including biological, chemical, mechanical, or physical. Microbiological culture, DNA techniques, and high-throughput next-generation sequencing have been used to identify mastitis-causing pathogens in animal species. However, little known about microbiota microbiome changes linked yak milk mastitis. This study aimed characterize healthy mastitis-infected yaks using full-length 16S rRNA sequencing. The...

Organic complex substrates mixed by vinasse, mushroom residue and cattle manure as the main materials were conducted to screen proper for growth development of tomato marrow squash seedlings. The results indicated that it's practical use mature nursery substrates. After screening formulas seedling cultivation squash, T7 T14 had best effect processing seedling, total primary nutrient which 3.07%, 2.97% respectively, more than CK.

Most potato tubers were used as seeds and sprouted relatively slowly in soil, greatly influencing production. To solve this problem, an amphiphilic nanocomposite was fabricated by loading hydrophobic silica (H-SiO2) hydrophilic attapulgite nest-like a nano presprouting agent (NPA). This technology could conveniently adjust the occupation area ratio of water air (OARWA) on surface. NPA endow potatoes with appropriate OARWA and, thus, effectively accelerate sprouting. Additionally, decreased...

To bridge the convergence between traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and modern originated from West, a new method of area under absorbance-wavelength curve (AUAWC) by spectrophotometer scanning was investigated compared with HPLC to explore metabolomic pharmacokinetics in rats. AUAWC drug total concentration were obtained after Yangxue injected Meanwhile, individual concentrations sodium ferulate, tetramethylpyrazine hydrochloride, tanshinol sodium, tanshinone IIA sulfonate plasma...

Nitrogen deposition will affect the morphology of fine roots and its absorption nutrien-ts, resulting in changes nutrient cycling terrestrial ecosystems. In order to understand effects nitrogen on root morphological traits Castanopsis fabri C. carlesii, two ectomycorrhizas tree species, we carried out situ experiment using bags method an evergreen broadleaved forest subtropical zone. The results showed that plastic responses specific length surface area low-order (first third order) addition...

We measured the morphology traits (specific root length, specific surface area, tissue density, average diameter) and architecture (root fork, fork ratio, increase rate of tip density) fine roots in two mycorrhiza tree species, Castanopsis faberi (ectomycorrhizal) Schima superba (arbuscular mycorrhizal), an evergreen broadleaved forest middle subtropical zone. Root bags method was used situ nitrogen deposition experiment. The aim this study to reveal differences plastic responses between...
