Abstract The Sundarbans, the world’s largest tidal mangrove forest, acts as a crucial ecosystem for production, conservation, and cycling of carbon nitrogen. study explored hypothesis that microbial communities in ecosystems exhibit unique taxonomic functional traits play vital part resilience. Using metagenomic analysis to evaluate non-mangrove environment, evaluating their composition, functions, ecological relevance. revealed distinct profiles, environments, with bacteria, proteobacteria,...

The new severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2) is the etiological agent of Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), which becomes an eventual pandemic outbreak. Lack proper therapeutic management has accelerated researchers to repurpose existing drugs with known preclinical and toxicity profiles, can easily enter Phase 3 or 4 be used directly in clinical settings. Vitamins are necessary nutrients for cell growth, function, development. Furthermore, they play important role...

The present research deals with studying the phytoconstituents, antioxidant potential, cytotoxicity and anti-inflammatory activities of Zingiber zerumbet rhizome essential oil (ZZEO). A total 29 components were identified using GC-MS accounting for 94.68% EO composition. ZZEO was characterized by sesquiterpenes, comprising 83.11% composition zerumbone (68.18%) α-Humulene (11.72%) as major compounds. DPPH FRAP assays showed IC50 values 83.90±0.05 mg/ml 1.98±0.04 respectively. in silico PASS...

Labeo calbasu ( L. ) is an important detrivore fish in ecosystem. So, the present transcriptome study was undertaken relation to polluted and non-polluted water sources from a natural perennial river system. The Illumina NovaSeq 6000 platform used perform analysis on liver samples of that were collected Ganga Yamuna rivers. From 8744 differentially expressed genes (DEGs), 2538 upregulated, 6206 downregulated response pollution stress. Biologic process (BP), cellular component (CC), molecular...

Inflammation is caused by a cascade of events, one which the metabolism arachidonic acid, that begins with oxidation enzyme 5-lipoxygenase. 5-Lipoxygenase (5-LOX) plays an important role in inflammation process synthesizing leukotrienes and several lipid mediators has emerged as possible therapeutic target for treatment inflammatory diseases such asthma rheumatoid arthritis. Most existing 5-LOX inhibitors are synthetic exhibit adverse side effects. In view this, there need to search...

Cyclooxygenase 2 (COX-2), the key enzyme involved in prostaglandin (PGs) production, is known to take part inflammatory and immune responses. Though COX-2 inhibitors are therapeutically effective anti-inflammatory drugs, they deficit anti-thrombotic activity thus leading increased cardiovascular diseases. Therefore, with improved therapeutic efficacy tolerance still needed. In recent years, traditional medicine systems have paid attention essential oil of genus Zingiber, particularly for...
