In this work, dense and pinhole-free poly-para-xylylene (PPX) with high thermal stability, insulating property lubricity has been designed as coating layer for Fe-based amorphous powder. Three ultra-thin PPX layers have successfully deposited on the surface of FeSiBPNbCr powder via chemical vapor deposition (CVD) polymerization. The micromorphology structure surface, well conversion mechanisms, investigated systematically. Several methods used to estimate amount thickness layers....
Thermosetting organic resins are widely applied as insulating coatings for soft magnetic powder cores (SMPCs) because of their high electrical resistivity. However, poor thermal stability and decomposition lead to a decrease in resistivity, thus limiting the annealing temperature SMPCs. The large amount internal stress generated by composites during pressing must be mitigated at temperatures; therefore, it is especially important find with excellent stabilities. In this study, we prepared...
In this study, the effects of Si content on glass-forming ability (GFA), thermal stability, annealing window, nanocrystallization process, and soft magnetic properties (SMPs) Fe86.3-xSixB10P2Cu1.7 (x = 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, denoted as Si0, Si1, Si2, Si3, Si4, respectively) alloys with high Fe Cu contents were investigated. Moderate addition 3) enhanced GFA suppressed precipitation compound phases, thus leading to a large crystallization temperature interval (ΔTx) exceeding 185 °C for alloys....
