This paper presents a study on cost optimization of internal grinding.In this study, the influences grinding process parameters including wheel life, total dressing depth, radial wear per dress and initial diameter exchanged were investigated.Also, effect components machine tool hourly rate taken into account.For finding optimum diameter, problem was built.Based results problem, formula for calculating proposed.With new effective way using proposed both time can be reduced considerably.

This paper aims to analysis the effect of coolant parameters on surface roughness in internal cylindrical grinding annealed 9CrSi steel. The concentration and flow rate are investigated thirteen experiments by central composite design response method. each parameter their interaction analyzed regression model. From that model, optimal determined obtain minimum roughness. measured matches with predicted from proposed is proven it can be further applied for optimizing other machining processes.
