The third-generation left ventricular assist device (3G-LVAD) has significantly reduced adverse events and hospitalizations compared with previous generations. This case presents a rare 3G-LVAD rotor dislodgement malfunction, not previously documented, in 77-year-old man. Further research behind the malfunction is warranted for early prevention appropriate management.

The outcomes of catheter ablation for atrial fibrillation in adults with congenital heart disease are not well described. In a retrospective study adult patients who underwent between 2000 and 2020 at Mayo Clinic, procedural characteristics were collected. primary arrhythmia (AA) recurrence following 3-month blanking period repeat ablation. An clinical severity score was assessed pre- post-ablation based on the duration episodes, symptoms, cardioversion frequency, antiarrhythmic drug use.One...

First described in 2016, BRASH syndrome is an underreported clinical entity characterized by bradycardia, renal dysfunction, atrioventricular nodal blockade (AVNB), shock, and hyperkalemia. The recognition of as a crucial for early effective management. Patients with present symptomatic bradycardia that resistant to treatment standard agents such atropine. In this report, we the case 67-year-old male patient who presented ultimate diagnosis syndrome. We also shed light on predisposing...

Myopericarditis associated with COVID-19 mRNA vaccines has been recognized as an uncommon adverse reaction, especially among young, healthy adult males. Eosinophilic myocarditis is a rare form of inflammation reflecting hypersensitivity reaction following inciting event commonly caused by drugs including vaccines. myocarditis, subtype characterized eosinophilic myocardial infiltrates. It usually accompanied systemic eosinophilia in the drug and symptoms (DRESS) syndrome rarely myocyte...

Early impact significantly decreasing morbidity and mortality along reduction healthcare expenses. Colo-colonic rare accounts for less than 20% adult intussusception. More 50% caused by mass-like lesions. In such cases, this early presentation malignant intestinal Abdominal CT mandatory all patients; when combined ultrasound,...

Infective endocarditis refers to infection of one or more valves the heart, with Achromobacter xylosoxidans (A. xylosoxidans) being a rare cause. So far, 24 cases A. were reported, only case describing tricuspid valvular involvement. Despite rarity endocarditis, it is important for clinicians be aware atypical presentation and high mortality associated it. We present an autopsy-proven valve in setting bacteremia 43-year-old female.

An 83-year-old male underwent TAVI for severe stenosis (AS) and was diagnosed with peri-membranous VSD on echocardiography, which not evident pre-procedural imaging. This case highlights the risk factors, symptoms, diagnosis, management of iatrogenic TAVI.
