Homomorphic Encryption (HE) is a cryptosytem that allows us to perform an arbitrary computation on encrypted data. The standard HE, however, has disadvantage in the authority concentrated secret key owner since computations can only be performed ciphertexts under same key. To resolve this issue, research underway Multi-Key (MKHE), which variant of HE supporting possibly different keys. Despite its ability provide privacy for multiple parties, existing MKHE schemes suffer from poor...

As pixel size of image sensors shrinks down rapidly, we are reaching technical barrier to get the required low light performance. In this paper, recent advanced technologies such as backside illumination, new color filter array, F-number with extended depth field technologies, etc. introduced overcome a barrier. It is shown that integration these sensor can make shrink toward 1.0 mum

We have developed an imaging system comprised of a sensor having White-RGB color filter array and back end image processing chain (IPC) that enables seamless integration with existing solutions. The key components our are 5 megapixel, 1.4um pixel CMOS covered by hardware-friendly algorithm which is responsible for conversion native data stream into Bayer RGB capable to do sharpening noise suppression simultaneously. show solution provides artifact free images outperforms alternative...

In this paper, a novel image enhancement system for wide-angle lens camera is presented. The proposed consists of; i) distortion correction using space-varying interpolation kernels and ii) restoration based on the local self-similarity. process geometric produced by results in radial artifacts caused non-linear resampling. To reduce such artifacts, algorithm uses derived from calibration data. corrected further enhanced self-example-based restoration. Experimental demonstrate method can...

The proposed estimates the edge orientation steerable filters performs refinement along estimated orientation. Bi-linear bi-cubic are then selectively used according to for reducing jagging artifacts in slanting regions. restoration can effectively remove degradation caused by truncated constrained least-squares (TCLS) filter. provides high-quality magnified...

An algorithm to recognize four degrees of freedom gesture by using event-based image sensor is developed. The motion includes three translations and one rotation. Each pixel the produces an event when temporal intensity change larger than a pre-defined value. From time-stamps events, map pseudo optical flow calculated. proposed achieves recognition based on this flow. It provides not only directions but also magnitudes velocity. memory-wise computationally efficient because it uses current...

This article presents several wide dynamic range (WDR) technologies for CMOS image sensors. In photography, is the between maximum and minimum measurable light intensities. The varying degree of intensity depends on device that used as a capture device, which decides overall performance an imaging sensor. WDR technology increases sensor by physically improving pixel or digitally applying multiple exposure times each pixel. enables users to easily take picture in case backlit, indoor, tunnel...

The aim of the discrete logarithm problem with auxiliary inputs is to solve for ${\it\alpha}$ , given elements $g,g^{{\it\alpha}},\ldots ,g^{{\it\alpha}^{d}}$ a cyclic group $G=\langle g\rangle$ prime order $p$ . best-known algorithm, proposed by Cheon in 2006, solves case where $d\mid (p\pm 1)$ running time $O(\sqrt{p/d}+d^{i})$ exponentiations ( $i=1$ or $1/2$ depending on sign). There have been several attempts generalize this algorithm ${\rm\Phi}_{k}(p)$ $k\geqslant 3$ However, it has...
