Subcloning of a clone the 120-bp family rye, pSc119, has produced two extremely useful probes. pSc119.1 assays rye-specific dispersed repetitive sequence families. It is present on all seven rye chromosomes and hybridizes to entire length each chromosome, with exception some telomeres nucleolar organiser region. pSc119.2, in contrast, predominantly telomeric regions chromosomes, interstitial sites. Unlike pSc119.1, it similar families both wheat chromosomes.

Penile squamous cell carcinoma (PSCC) is a largely neglected condition, predominantly affecting underdeveloped regions, and associated with risk factors such as low socioeconomic status, phimosis, human papillomavirus (HPV) infection. Unlike other urogenital cancers, its pathophysiology therapeutic targets remain poorly understood, particularly regarding the immune response to tumor microenvironment. This study aims investigate infiltration profiles, dendritic maturation, lymphocyte...

Recently, our group demonstrated that meglumine causes stress-derived DNA damage. For that, mice (n = 5/group) received (via gavage) in doses 5,...
