Abstract We adapted the pyrogallol red-molybdate method for total urinary protein to Cobas Bio centrifugal analyzer. The is simple, rapid, sensitive, and inexpensive. Addition of 25 mg sodium dodecyl sulfate per liter reagent modifies reactivities so that chromogenicity human gamma globulins same as albumin. Results by this a comparison included gel filtration modified biuret reaction correlated well (r = 0.951).

Citizen Science initiatives have a worldwide impact on environmental research by providing data at global scale and high resolution. Mapping marine biodiversity remains key challenge to which citizen can contribute. Here we describe dataset made of both underwater aerial imagery collected in shallow tropical coastal areas using various low cost platforms operated either citizens or researchers. Seven surface-exposed outer membrane proteins (OMPs) in Brucella supp. have been previously described (A. Cloeckaert, P. de Wergifosse, G. Dubray, and J. N. Limet, Infect. Immun. 58:3980-3987, 1990). OMPs were shown to be more accessible monoclonal antibodies (MAbs) on rough (R) melitensis B. abortus strains than MAbs their smooth (S) counterparts. In this work, we extended study representatives of the main species, using specific for S R lipopolysaccharides (S-LPS R-LPS). Enzyme-linked...

This paper discusses the viability of a BIST implementation for sinusoidal histogram technique classically used ADC testing. An original approach based on (i) approximations to estimate parameters, (ii) decomposition global test in code-after-code procedure and (iii) piecewise approximation compute ideal is developed. These three features allow significant reduction required operative resources as well memory dedicated storage both experimental reference data.

This paper validates a linear histogram BIST scheme for ADC testing. uses time decomposition technique in order to minimize the required hardware circuitry. A practical implementation is described and structure together with operating mode of different modules are detailed. Through this implementation, performances limitations proposed evaluated both terms additional circuitry test time.
