Chagas disease is a zoonosis caused by the protozoan Trypanosoma cruzi. It presents as chronic evolution and produces high morbidity mortality in countries where endemic, ours. The skin very rare results from reactivation of latent result immunosuppression, presenting with acute, atypical, severe lesions.
