Abstract. Hydrological drought is a serious issue globally which likely to be amplified by 21st century climate change. In the UK, impacts of changes in river flow and groundwater severity future change higher water demand are potentially severe. Recent publication new nationally-consistent set level projections based on state-of-the-art UKCP18 offers unique opportunity quantitatively assess UK hydrological susceptibility. The dataset includes transient, multi-model ensemble driven single...

A method is evaluated for sampling the inhalable fraction of airborne mycotoxins in homes using an IOM Multi-Fraction sampler that includes a foam and filter combination collection mycotoxins. The approach to assess literature on history use this similar samplers collecting aerosols, including assessment rate, time, height angle, discussion active sampling. Active practice agitating air enclosed space prior Special emphasis placed media can capture mycotoxin particulates subsequent analysis,...

<p>Understanding of shallow angle impacts (termed "oblique") comes from planetary bodies other than Earth, and also modelling published by various workers over the past two decades or so. Another comparator source is Southern Mt Lofty Ranges Kangaroo Island impact in South Australia, which has not been dated being >35 mya. At previous conference attendances case built that oblique SA was south rather plane ecliptic, raises new question how common such...

An important parameter in any image intensifier-based fluoroscopic or fluorographic imaging system is the percent contrast (also called Veiling Glare) of intensifier tube itself. A photographic technique for measurement this in-the-field, developed by author over last six years, has been used past year to survey seventy-five (75) different tubes. Results measurements group tubes will be given. Based on these results, a rating "low", "low normal", "normal", and "high normal" established....
