Carbon quantum dots were successfully doped into anatase TiO2 single crystal nanosheets (TNS) with exposed {001} and {101} reactive facets by a facile solvothermal process. The components of isotropic Raman and anisotropic for dimethyl carbonate (DMC) dispersed in cyclohexane acetone at different volume fractions were recorded separately. noncoincidence effects (NCE) the ν7(C=O) stretching mode calculated accordingly.
