In this paper, the precipitation behavior of T700 deformation and cooling process was studied by thermal simulation experiments scanning electron microscopy. Results show that there are two kinds carbide precipitates, precipitates needle is epsilon in bainite, precipitated quenching process, circular granular during due to strain induced precipitation.
