A new operator which combines the two commonly used operators, shift(q) and delta(/spl delta/) operators is in system identification. Based on the knowledge of historical data sets, a fuzzy rule-based classifier for electrical load pattern classification is set up. Considering with accuracy and interpretation rules, multi-objective particle swarm optimization are applied to choose Pareto optimum rules that used classify load.
