The proton drip-line nucleus 17Ne is considered a good candidate for Borromean two-proton halo with 15O + p structure. Angular distributions of the elastic scattering and inclusive production 136 MeV beam incident on 208Pb target were measured first time at SPIRAL1 facility, GANIL. Use GLORIA detector array allowed high-resolution data over wide angular range from 20∘ up to 95∘ in laboratory frame be obtained. distribution shows similarities those both 6He 20Ne equivalent collision energies...
The Reactions with Relativistic Radioactive Beams (R$^3$B) collaboration of the Facility for Antiproton and Ion Research (FAIR) in Darmstadt, Germany, has constructed an experimental setup to perform fundamental studies nuclear matter, using as a probe reactions exotic nuclei at relativistic energies. Among various detection systems, one most recent upgrades consisted on installation large area, around 2 m$^2$, multi-gap Resistive Plate Chamber (RPC), equipped twelve 0.3 mm gaps readout by...
