Abstract In this paper, a stepped radial acoustic black hole (SR-ABH) structure formed by the stepwise arrangement of two-dimensional holes is proposed. WC-Ni60 composite powders were mixed and deposited on Cr12MoV die steel by vacuum sintering technique.
