We present a patient who exemplifies the interplay of factors contributing to development venous-type thoracic outlet syndrome. The was treated with both radiation and chemotherapy for squamous cell carcinoma in head neck region; have been known damage vascular system. Multimodality treatment is necessary achieve good long-term results these complex patients.
