砕砂全量使用時におけるフレッシュ性状の改善を目的とし、JISで定めた範囲内で砕砂の粒度分布を調整した時のモルタルの流動性把握および細骨材の物性値、粒子形状などの指標を用いて粒度構成、異なるペースト性状におけるモルタルの流動性について検討を行った。砕砂の粒度調整に伴い変化するモルタルの流動性の評価として細骨材の実積率、吸水率、微粒分量および粒子形状を用いるのは困難であり、最も関係しているのは粒度構成であることが明らかになった。しかし、細骨材によって粒度構成が流動性に影響を及ぼす度合いが異なり、また、同一粗粒率においても粒度分布は複数存在するため、モルタルのフレッシュ性状の評価および予測は困難であり、今後の検討課題となる。
