This paper reports on the defect correlated self-quenching and spectroscopic investigation of calcium titanate (CaTiO3) phosphors. A series CaTiO3 phosphors doped with trivalent europium (Eu3+) codoped potassium (K+) ions were prepared by solid state reaction method. The X-ray diffraction results revealed that obtained powder consisted out a single-phase orthorhombic structure it also indicated incorporation dopants/co-dopants did not affect crystal structure. scanning electron microscopy...

The development of an efficient blue phosphor with remarkable thermal stability required for high-quality white-light-emitting diodes (WLEDs) remains exigent task and mainly concerned BaMgAl10O17:Eu2+ (BAM:Eu). Despite the outstanding performance BAM:Eu, reduction in luminescence efficiency under long-term operation results numerous researches on new hosts having lattice rigidity symmetrical coordination environment. Therefore, we have synthesized a competent blue-emitting Eu2+-activated...

In recent years, perovskite quantum dots (PQDs) with the incorporation of transition-metal ions for reducing toxicity and enhancing stability have been in a research hotspot. However, PQDs containing are quite unstable display low photoluminescence yields (PLQYs), owing to existence defects. Herein, we endeavored introduce simultaneous cation anion exchange cobalt chloride into host CH3NH3Pb1–xCoxBr3–2xCl2x followed by matrix encapsulation via poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) as favorable...
