We present a case report of 60-year-old white woman, found to have advanced angle closure glaucoma in the right eye and appositional for about half left no glaucoma. The remaining was open with localized heavy pigmentation ciliary body band trabecular meshwork. Ultrasound biomicroscopy showed tumor displacing iris root centripetally preventing closure.
