Purpose This paper aims to explore the mechanism underlying relationship between abusive supervision differentiation (ASD) and team performance. The moderating roles of inter-team intra-team competitive climate are also examined. Design/methodology/approach research collects data from 419 employees 71 supervisors hospitals financial companies in China. Techniques include descriptive statistics hierarchical multiple regression applied analyze data. Findings finds that (1) conflict mediated...

In view of the great potential in parallel processing and ready implementation via hardware, neural networks are now often employed to solve online matrix algebraic problems. Recently, a special kind recurrent network has been proposed by Zhang et al, which could be generalized solving Lyapunov equation with time-varying coefficient matrices. comparison gradient-based (GNN), resultant (ZNN) perform much better on these This paper investigates MATLAB Simulink modeling, simulative verification...

Abstract The precision of artificial intelligence (AI)‐generated information has been suggested in the past as a method nudging consumers' evaluations and intentions, but little is known about whether such effects are also context‐sensitive. Based on four studies, we find matched condition under which consumers more likely to make positive response when precise (imprecise) numbers presented by AI recommenders used utilitarian (hedonic) consumption context (Study 1). Additionally, show that...

In this paper, a criterion is proposed in the form of quadratic function for purpose self-motion planning redundant robot arms. The scheme with joint physical limits considered could be formulated as programming (QP) problem subject to equality, (inequality) and bound constraints. A primal-dual neural network based on linear variational inequalities (LVI) developed real-time solver resultant quadratic-program. so-called LVI-based has simple piecewise-linear dynamics global exponential...

A simplified primal-dual neural network based on linear variational inequalities (LVI) is presented in this paper, which used to solve the joint angle drift problem of PUMA560 robot arm. To do this, a drift-free criterion exploited form quadratic function. In addition, physical constraints such as limits and velocity are incorporated into formulation scheme. The scheme finally reformulated strictly-convex quadratic-programming (QP) resolved at joint-velocity level. As QP real-time solver,...

The literature has acknowledged the correlation between aggressive humor style and cyberbullying perpetration; however, little is known about how this occurs. In study, we sought to gain an understanding of when someone with may develop into a perpetrator cyberbullying. We propose that whether individual's results in perpetration depends on online social norms tolerance for humor. When normative high, individuals' positively correlated their moral disengagement, which, turn, increases...

Abstract Using the in‐group lens of social identity, we study how difference in identity can lead to sustainable entrepreneurship among international immigrants and their native counterparts. We also test different dimensions collectivism, that is, institutional collectivism (IC) (GC), influence differently relationship between entrepreneurship. The results our data analyses demonstrate a significant entrepreneurship, particularly green participation, at societal level. Also, IC GC moderate...

The impact of aggressive humor on workplace dynamics has been extensively examined; however, its implications for university students remain underexplored. Drawing frustration–aggression theory, this study aims to uncover the consequences peer-aggressive and relationship with cyberbullying behavior. We employed a 2 (peer humor: present vs. absent) * (perceived peer norms regarding tolerating high low) between-subject experimental design random sampling techniques via Credamo MTurk recruit...

Accurate customer lifetime value (LTV) prediction can help service providers optimize their marketing policies in customer-centric applications. However, the heavy sparsity of consumption events and interference data variance noise obstruct LTV estimation. Many existing methods directly train a single-view predictor on samples, which may yield inaccurate even biased knowledge extraction. In this paper, we propose contrastive multi-view framework for prediction, is plug-and-play solution...

In this paper, the quadratic-programming (QP) based scheme-formulation is employed to handle joint-angle-drift problem of a redundant three-link planar robot arm with its end-effector moving along different types trajectories (e.g., Lissajous-figure path, triangular path and an elliptical path). The physical constraints such as joint limits velocity are considered well. A series computer-simulations conducted, which demonstrate effectiveness neural-network solver on motion planning.
