The products of the $^{203,205}\mathrm{Tl}(^{50}\mathrm{Ti},2n)$ fusion-evaporation reactions were studied using recently commissioned Argonne Gas-Filled Analyzer at National Laboratory. Two $\ensuremath{\alpha}$-decay activities with energies 9210(19) and 9246(19) keV half-lives ${42}_{\ensuremath{-}14}^{+42}$ $24.{4}_{\ensuremath{-}4.5}^{+7.0}$ ms observed which followed by known $\ensuremath{\alpha}$ decays $^{247}\mathrm{Md}$ $^{243}\mathrm{Es}$. They are interpreted as originating from...
Production cross sections were measured for fragments produced by an 85 MeV/u Pt198 beam incident on a beryllium target. Event-by-event particle identification of A, Z, and q the reaction products was performed employing energy loss, time-of-flight, magnetic rigidity, total kinetic measurements. Over 70 nuclei in Hf-Pt region identified, including three isotopes first observed this work: Hf191,192 Lu189. Due to existence multiple charge states between H-like C-like ions, new analysis method...
We find that the proton separation energy, $S(p)$, of $^{73}\mathrm{Rb}$ is $\ensuremath{-}640(40)$ keV, deduced from observation $\ensuremath{\beta}$-delayed ground-state protons following decay $^{73}\mathrm{Sr}$. This lower-limit determination energy coupled with previous upper limits nonobservation, provides a full constraint on mass excess $\mathrm{\ensuremath{\Delta}}M{(}^{73}\text{Rb})=\ensuremath{-}46.01\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}0.04$ MeV. With this new and excitation...
Nuclei in the vicinity of $N=Z$ line provide many sensitive probes isospin symmetry. One example concerns character and sequence low-lying states $T=1/2$ mirror pair $^{71}\mathrm{Kr}$ $^{71}\mathrm{Br}$ which has been under debate for several decades. In this paper we report a new measurement absolute $\ensuremath{\beta}$-branching to ground excited which, taken with our precise lifetime ${T}_{1/2}=94.9(4)\phantom{\rule{3.33333pt}{0ex}}\text{ms}$, gives superallowed state--to--ground state...
