In the exposure process of photolithography, a free-form lens is designed and fabricated for UV-LED (Ultraviolet Light-Emitting Diode). Thin film metallic glasses (TFMG) are adopted as UV reflection layers to enhance irradiance uniformity. The Polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) with high transmittance used material. 3-D fast printing attempted make mold lens. results show that average can be enhanced by 6.5~6.7%, uniformity 85~86% obtained. Exposure on commercial thick photoresist using this system...

The nanoindentation time-dependent creep experiments with different peak loads are conducted on c-plane (0001), a-plane (112¯0) and m-plane (101¯0) of single-crystal ZnO. Under nano-scaled indentation, the behavior is crystalline orientation-dependent. For stress exponent at low ∼1 high ∼4. exponents under all within 3∼7 for (101¯0). This means that diffusion mechanism dislocation operative planes loads. relative difficulty dislocations activation an additional factor leading to occurring

In the exposure process, intensity and uniformity of light in area directly influenced precision products. UV-LED (Ultraviolet Light-Emitting Diode) system was established to reduce radiation leakage increase energy efficiency for saving. It is a trend that conventional mercury lamp could be replaced with system. This study based on law conservation refraction optical field distributing target plane. With these, freeform lens uniform main designed. The outside concentrated into improve...

Traditional surgical shadowless halogen lamps are generally designed as projection type with many light bulbs, which can produce not only mercury pollution but also heat radiation that serious problems to patient. The study utilized Runge-Kutta methods and mathematical algorithms design optimize the freeform lens. LED (light-emitting diode) was adopted replace traditional lamp. A uniform lens fabricated based on energy conservation. At first, field of is concentrated through improve optical...

This UV LED lighting technology developed in this study is expected to be applied photolithography industry. Since the accuracy of degree cross linking and sidewall profile could affected by intensity light dosage, research proposes optical design fabrication free-curved lens for source element exposure machines. In study, distributions with TFMG were determined using commercial simulation FRED software. Based on design, lenses fabricated thermoforming glass PMMA, respectively. Then...
