A fast and selective method was developed for the determination of sulfonamides (SAs) in honey based on magnetic molecularly imprinted polymer. The extraction carried out by blending stirring sample, solvent polymers. When complete, polymers, along with captured analytes, were easily separated from sample matrix an adscititious magnet. analytes eluted polymers determined liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. Under optimal conditions, detection limits SAs are range 1.5-4.3 ng g(-1)....

In this work, a simple and fast sample pretreatment method was proposed for determination of steroid hormones in fish tissues by coupling dynamic microwave-assisted extraction with salting-out liquid-liquid extraction. The were successively extracted acetonitrile water under the action microwave energy. Subsequently, extract separated into an phase aqueous ammonium acetate. containing target analytes concentrated determined LC-MS/MS. limits detection range 0.03-0.15 ng g(-1). This...

Red yeast rice obtained as cultures of Monascus AS3.4444 on was extracted and analyzed by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Two new metabolites with similar fluorescence spectra (λ ex = 396 nm, λ em 460 nm) UV absorption max 386 were detected. They isolated rechromatography a silica gel column semipreparative HPLC, two strong blue fluorescent compounds obtained. Their structures elucidated electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (ESI−MS), tandem (ESI−MS/MS), intensive ESI−MS,...

A new compound was identified as 3-(2-hydroxybenzyl)-5,7-dimethoxy-4H-chromen-4-one (or 2′-dihydroxy-5,7-dimethoxy-homoisoflavone), oleracone F (1), together with p-hydroxy ethyl cinnamate (2) and 4-hydroxy-3-methoxy (3) isolated from the Portulaca oleracea L. for first time six known compounds, salicylic acid (4), β-carboline-3-carboxylic (5), aurantiamide (6), portulacanone (7), B (8) C (9). Their structures were determined using spectroscopic methods, including one- two-dimensional...

Ultrafine fibre assemblies have been proved to be desirable in many applications, including environmental protection, energy conversion, tissue engineering, etc. However, the positive correlation between diameter and pore size confines most of these two-dimensional (2D) structures, while existing solutions for this problem suffer from limitations that fabrication processes are complicated resultant three-dimensional (3D) structures vulnerable external forces. Herein, we report a continuous...
