We report a light-controlled release mechanism for photocaged ciprofloxacin nanoconjugate. Validation of this bacteria-targeted strategy adds novel modality to light-based therapies wound treatments.
Dendritic cells (DC) form a collection of antigen-presenting that are distributed throughout the body. Conventional DC (cDC) which include cDC1 and cDC2 subsets, plasmacytoid (pDC) constitute two major ontogenically distinct populations. The pDC complete their differentiation in bone-marrow (BM) while cDC subsets derive from pre-committed precursors, pre-cDC, seed lymphoid non-lymphoid tissues where they further differentiate into mature cDC2. Within different tissues, express phenotype...
Abstract In this study, we performed an in-depth analysis of Cre expression in the widely used CD11c-Cre transgenic mice generated by group Boris Reizis. contrast to previous observation, using highly sensitive Rosa-26-floxed-tdTomato reporter mouse line, show variegated multiple hematopoietic linage cells starting stem cells. We found that driver mice: (1) is expressed cDC and pDC from myeloid dendritic cell precursor, as expected ; (2) a substantial fraction common lymphoid progenitors (3)...
