Abstract The photochromic properties of organic bromide salts prepared from 3,6‐bis(bromomethyl)durene and nicotinic acid/methyl nicotinate were explored. UV exposure induced color changes, revealing distinct photoresponsive rates for each compound. Structural analysis, electron spin resonance (ESR), DFT calculations elucidated the underlying mechanisms, highlighting critical role transfer supramolecular interactions. This study provides structural insights to enhance non‐viologen compounds.
Abstract Synthesis, structure, and magnetic properties of a tetranuclear metal complex with symmetrical polydentate ligand, trans-(±)-1,2-(2-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzamido)cyclohexane (H2L), were characterized. The complexes have cubane cores the formulae [Ni4(L)2(μ3-OMe)4(CH3OH)4] (1) [Cu4(L)2(μ3-OMe)4(CH3OH)2] (2), whose cluster units are each composed chiral ligands [(R, R)- or (S, S)-L]. two compounds characterized by 1 being ferromagnetic 2 antiferromagnetic.
Abstract Electrical field treatment (EFT) using alternating current was investigated for the possibility that it could enhance out‐of‐plane effective thermal conductivity (TC) of carbon nanofiber (CNF)/polymer composite sheets with high concentrations filler. Two types polymers were used as base: fluorinated polyimide (PI) and silicone rubber. For CNF/fluorinated PI, influence frequency clarified at 2 kV amplitude voltage when a CNF concentration up to 15.0 vol%. As result, TC clearly...
Abstract Relationship between the temperature of electric field treatment (EFT) and improvement effective thermal conductivity (TC) in out‐of‐plane direction carbon nanofiber (CNF)/cured silicone rubber composite sheet was investigated to elucidate appropriate operation EFT. Two types precursors, with viscosities 1.3 58 Pa∙s, were used. The TC gradually increased as during EFT from 40 80 °C. However, beyond °C, started decrease reached same value that without at 100 This trend observed...
$χ$iplot is an HTML5-based system for interactive exploration of data and machine learning models. A key aspect interaction, not only the plots but also between plots. Even though restricted to any single application domain, we have developed tested it with domain experts in quantum chemistry study molecular interactions regression can be run both locally online a web browser (keeping local). The easily exported shared. modular structure makes optimal developing new interaction methods.
