Abstract Achieving an all-fiber ultra-fast system with above kW average power and mJ pulse energy is extremely challenging. This paper demonstrated a picosecond monolithic master oscillator amplifier at 25 MHz repetition frequency of approximately 1.2 kW, 48 μJ peak 0.45 MW. We sequenced the complete mitochondrial genome of Tuberolachnus salignus with a length 16,868 bp, including 13 protein-coding genes, 22 tRNA 2 rRNA control region located between rrnS and trnI, repeat trnS2 trnF.
