This study investigated the role of Generalized System Preference (GSP) from EU on Thai exports and implications an FTA trade investment in Thailand. Sildenafil is a treatment option for PAH patients that found to offer an additional 1-3 life years gained       compared beraprost, currently the only available in benefit package under National Social Health Insurance (Jaminan Kasehatan Nasional - JKN) of Indonesia. Off-label use sildenafil recommended be included package. The study results indicate there need Ministry Indonesia consider off-label medicines given strong Technology Assessment evidence showing drug’s Indonesian population.
