Abstract The decades-long explorations on the dispersal of protoplanetary disks involve many debates about photoevaporation versus magnetized wind launching mechanisms. This work argues that observed winds originating from inner disk ( R ≲ 0.3 au) cannot be explained by photoevaporative mechanism. Heating gas to proper temperatures for forbidden lines (especially [O i ] λ 6300) will overionize it, suppressing abundances species responsible emission. Even if adequate emissivity is achieved...

The gravitational capture of a stellar-mass object by supermassive black hole represents unique probe warped spacetime. small object, typically hole, describes very large number cycles before crossing the event horizon. Because mass difference, we call these captures extreme-mass-ratio inspirals (EMRIs). Their merger rate at Galactic Center is negligible, but amount time spent in early inspiral not. Early EMRIs (E-EMRIs) spend hundreds thousands years band during this phase. At stages, peak...

Abstract Estimating the spin of Sagittarius A* (Sgr A*) is one current challenges we face in understanding center our Galaxy. In present work, show that detecting gravitational waves (GWs) emitted by a brown dwarf inspiraling around Sgr will allow us to measure mass and with unprecedented accuracy. Such systems are known as extremely large mass-ratio inspirals (XMRIs) expected be abundant loud sources Galactic center. We consider XMRIs fixed orbital inclination different spins ( s ) between...

In this work, we propose an analysis approach to determine the individual surface recombination velocities (S1 and S2) on each of unequally passivated wafer, which precludes crude assumption S1=S2 in conventional methods. Taking advantage distributed excess charge carriers relatively sensitive recombination, probe sample using quasi-steady-state illumination xenon flash lamp equipped with a short pass filter (FSP1). A set samples by SiO2 SiNx, as well bare silicon wafers, are prepared...

This paper aims to develop high quality screen-printed Al emitters and improve the interface condition of rear contacts in industrial silicon solar cells. We propose introduce an ultra-thin SiO2 buffer layer between bulk metal contact during fabrication process. A post-annealing strategy is adapted further modify doping profiles. The experimental results show that effects this oxide on migrating nonuniformity Al-p+ region decreasing defects at metal-silicon are significant. recombination...

The decades-long explorations on the dispersal of protoplanetary disks involve many debates about photoevaporation versus magnetized wind launching mechanisms. This letter argues that observed winds originating from inner disk ($R\lesssim 0.3$ AU) cannot be explained by photoevaporative mechanism. Energy conservation requires presumed to heated $\gtrsim 10^5$ K when launched disks. However, due efficient thermal accommodation with dust grains and cooling processes at high densities, X-ray...

We analyze the parameter estimation accuracy that can be achieved for mass and spin of SgrA*, SMBH in our Galactic Center, by detecting multiple extremely large mass-ratio inspirals (XMRIs). XMRIs are formed brown dwarfs (BD) inspiraling into a supermassive black hole (SMBH), thus emitting gravitational waves (GWs) inside detection band future space-based detectors such as LISA TianQin. Theoretical estimates suggest presence approximately 10 detectable GWs, making them some most promising...

Abstract Interdigitated back contact silicon hetero-junction (IBC-SHJ) solar cells exhibit excellent performance owing to the IBC and SHJ structures. The front surface field (FSF) layer composed of electric passivation chemical has been proved play an important role in IBC-SHJ cells. passivated n + -a-Si: H, n-type Si alloy with carbon or oxygen amorphous phase, is simulated this study investigate its effect on IBC-SHJ.
