Formal application through structured role-play is often overlooked in physiology education. In traditional case-based learning (CBL), clinical cases are the subject and unfocused discussion occurs. The present study aimed to modify CBL with a role-playing situational teaching method assess student feedback effect. results show that new model encourages active improves of basic knowledge physiology.
