We report a case of 35-year-old male who developed pyogenic liver abscess (PLA) secondary to foreign body that migrated from the transverse colon into liver. The mainstay treatment PLA requires removal body, most frequently performed surgically. Few reports exist percutaneous removal. As our patient was hemodynamically stable at time presentation, he underwent successful transhepatic avoiding any need for surgical operation.
