We have investigated Lorentz violation through analyzing tides-subtracted gravity data measured by superconducting gravimeters. At the level of precision gravimeters, we brought up and resolved an existing issue accuracy due to unaccounted local tidal effects in previous solid-earth model used. Specifically, taken tides into account with a brand new first-principles ocean included, as well removed potential bias from using worldwide array 12 Compared test more accurate competitive bound on...
According to the space-geodetic data recorded at globally distributed stations over solid land spanning a period of more than 20-years under International Terrestrial Reference Frame 2008, our previous estimate average-weighted vertical variation Earth's surface suggests that part is expanding rate 0.24 ± 0.05 mm/a in recent two decades. In another aspect, satellite altimetry observations decades demonstrate sea level rise (SLR) 3.2 0.4 mm/a, which 1.8 0.5 contributed by ice melting land....
Determining density structure of the Tibetan Plateau is helpful in better understanding tectonic and development. Seismic method, as traditional approach obtaining a large number achievements except centre west, primarily inhibited by poor seismic station coverage. As implementation satellite gravity missions, method more competitive because global homogeneous In this paper, novel wavelet-based with high computation efficiency excellent local identification capability developed to determine...
In previous studies, the northern hemisphere of Earth is considered to be in compression while southern one expansion. this study, based on three different methods, we calculate average vertical variations two hemispheres from velocity field data under ITRF2008 (International Terrestrial Reference Frame 2008) solution. Results show that expansion at rate about 1 mm/yr, order smaller than one. After post glacial rebound effect subtracted, results and rates are 0.46 mm/yr –0.19 respectively....
As the extreme weather led by short-time heavy precipitation has brought more and obvious impact on urban social stability residents' life in recent years, studying occurrence development of become an indispensable puzzle to fill blank planning decision-making.Based analysis correlation between short-term annual Nantong area, this paper analyzes concentration degree distribution period using hourly, daily yearly observation data from 1980 2020.The results show that spatial overall levels is...
