A fast, simple, and selective colorimetric assay for quantifying cypermethrin in water samples is proposed using l-cysteine functionalized gold nanoparticles (AuNPs@Cyst). Cypermethrin hydrolyzed by potassium hydroxide to obtain the form of 3-phenoxybenzaldehyde by-product (HCy). The detection strategy based on aggregation AuNPs@Cyst caused hydrogen-bonding recognition between aldehyde group HCy amine surface AuNPs@Cyst. As a result, presence under optimal pH 7, aggregates within 7 min,...

A magnetic nanographene oxide sorbent as a selective for the solid-phase extraction combined with high-performance liquid chromatography and fluorescence detection was developed proved to be robust method zearalenone determination in corn samples. Optimum of (20 mg sorbent, 15 min, desorption time min using 1 mL 0.5% formic acid methanol) resulted low limits (05 mg/L) quantitation (0.13 good linearity range 0.13-1.25 mg/L correlation coefficient 0.9957. Inorganic bromide (Br-) is an important contaminant ion as it can originate from the overuse of illegal methyl a fumigant in stored rice samples. Herein, we developed simple and highly sensitive colorimetric sensor for detection The based on anti-aggregation gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) by Br- presence Cr3+, which made method more selective than other typical aggregations nanoparticles. AuNPs underwent aggregation process result coordination Cr3+ carboxylate group citrate stabilized AuNPs,...

A sensitive colorimetric assay is reported for carbamate pesticide detection. The detection strategy was based on hydrolyzed product induced aggregation of l-cysteine-modified gold nanoparticles (Cys-AuNPs) in the presence pH 5.8 phosphate buffer and sodium chloride. Sodium chloride added to increase speed (pre-aggregation) make modified particles less stable. Carbamate pesticides are easily at room temperature hydroxide. Their products contain constituents that can reduce Cys-AuNP...

An impedimetric biosensor to determine the activity of phospholipase A2 has been developed for first time. This is based on immobilization enzyme (PLA2) from snake venom surface a gold electrode. The enzymatic reaction takes place in presence L-α-phosphatidylcholine (lecithin) substrate, 10 mM pH 7.4 phosphate buffer. impedance enzymatically modified electrode/electrolyte interface increased as concentration lecithin increases. A detection limit 10−11 M and linear range 10−10 10−5 were...

The current method used in latex industries to determine the volatile fatty acids contents of Hevea brasiliensis is steam distillation. However, accuracy has been debated for some time. We assessed and developed a new, more reliable high‐performance liquid chromatographic determining latex. (formic, acetic, propionic, butyric, valeric acids) nonvolatile organic (oxalic, malic, lactic, citric, succinic are directly determined simultaneously first time with high sensitivity without losses...

In this work, we present the novel robust material, modified natural rubber (NR) composites filled with gold nanoparticles (AuNPs). To investigate its outstanding properties, dielectric, electrical and mechanical properties of NR (AuNPs) were studied. The all composite films prepared by using solution casting method. size synthetic AuNPs was analyzed Transmission Electron Microscope (TEM) technique. dispersion fillers within matrix investigated scanning electron microscopy (SEM).
