This paper presents the design and synthesis of nine ionic photogenerating acid generators (PAGs) based on iodonium salts. The compounds were characterized using 1H NMR, 13C 19F NMR and...
A total of six sulfonate polymeric nonionic photoacid generators (PAGs) have been synthesised and subjected to comprehensive characterization for their application in photoresist materials.
The solubility of 3,4,5-trimethoxybenzaldehyde (TMBA) in 16 kinds pure solvents [i.e., methanol, ethanol, n-propanol, i-propanol, n-butanol, i-butanol, s-butanol, acetone, 2-butanone, cyclohexanone, acetonitrile, N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF), tetrahydrofuran, ethyl formate, methyl acetate, and acetate] was measured using the gravimetric method at temperatures ranging from 278.15 to 313.15 K atmospheric pressure. TMBA all tested increases with increase temperature. minimum data are obtained...
Abstract Bulging is a common disease suffered by ancient city walls, especially clay brick walls. affects or even threatens the stability of outer structures Therefore, accurate identification bulges one urgent issues to be addressed in wall conservation. In this study, novel method proposed for detecting and identifying bulge information using point cloud data collected from surface an wall. The non-bulging points are identified sliced wall, then initial plane fitted more accurately with...
ABTRACTThis study aims to design and synthesize a series of N-Acyl-N-(m-fluoro- benzyl)-6- amino-coumarins through the principle active substructure stitching, which are based on core structure N-(m-fluoro-benzyl)-6-amino-coumarin. The structures target compounds e1-e25 have been characterized by 1H NMR, 13C ESI-MS elemental analysis. Meanwhile, their agricultural activity evaluated in two weeds (Amaranth Crabgrass) four widespread noxious pathogens (V.mali, B.cinerea, F.axysporium...
Abstract BACKGROUND This work prepared doped PbO 2 electrodes with rare earth oxides, including SnO –Sb O 5 /Ce–PbO and /Nd–PbO . We investigated the effect of oxide dopants on properties electrodes, application to synthesis aromatic aldehydes. RESULTS Scanning electron microscopy, X‐ray diffraction, energy‐dispersive analysis photoelectron spectroscopy were used characterize surface morphology, crystal structure, elemental content states modified electrodes. The Ce Nd have a finer surface,...
Abstract Ni‐Mo/ZrO 2 catalysts with Ni‐Mo loadings of 10 wt % were prepared by a sol‐gel method on ZrO support and subsequently applied in the simple reductive amination heterocyclic aldehydes. Among various prepared, Ni:Mo = 2:1 exhibited highest metal dispersion smallest Ni particle size. The results showed that catalyst has good catalytic performance, which yield furfurylamine can reach 96.6 %. Initially, oximes synthesized from corresponding aldehydes hydroxylamine hydrochloride, then...
The catalytic hydrogenation of carbon dioxide (CO2) into formic acid is among the most important reactions to alleviate global warming and realize cycle. How achieve rapid activation CO2 remains a challenge. In this work, we designed two novel hydrophobic poly(ionic liquid)s (PILs) with good affinity for CO2. Since abundant N atoms in PILs can anchor palladium (Pd) nanoparticles, catalyst rapidly activate H2 simultaneously, thus efficiently catalyzing under mild conditions. Due synergy from...
A new method was designed and optimized for the synthesis of pyromellitic dianhydride (PMDA).
Abstract DHHB (Diethylamino hydroxybenzoyl hexyl benzoate) is a widely regarded UV absorber with high degree of safety, excellent efficiency and good solubility characteristics. In the conventional method synthesis, H2SO4 not effective as catalyst. To address this drawback, we synthesized solid acid (sulfonic group-modified ion exchange resin) catalysts to replace by suspension polymerization modification optimized process. The experimental results showed that yield could reach 85% at 110 °C...
Six N-hydroxy-5-norbornene-2,3-dicarbonylimine sulfonates(3a-3f) were created in this paper and produced as non-ionic photoacid generators (PAGs) good yields. 1H NMR 13C used to confirm the structures of compounds 19F was further justify structure 3a. Thermal Gravimetric Analysis (TGA) Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC) showed that all six PAGs had thermal stability. Additionally, solvent's influence on PAG examined using Ultraviolet visible spectrum (UV-vis) 254 nm fluorescence spectra...
The title compound, C(10)H(12)N(4)O(2), was prepared as an inter-mediate for the synthesis of metamitron. benzene ring plane forms dihedral angles 66.0 (1) and 3.5 (5)° with hydrazine acetyl-imino plane, respectively. crystal structure involves inter-molecular N-H⋯O hydrogen bonds.
