The objectives of the present study were to develop an antibody probe porcine estrogen-dependent oviductal glycoproteins and determine, by use immunogold electron microscopy, whether these become associated with uterine oocytes early embryos. Polyclonal antibody, prepared using Mr 75,000–85,000 glycoprotein, separated from other proteins two-dimensional SDS-PAGE, specifically recognized all three (acidic Mr; acidic 100,000 basic Mr). In ampullary tissue collected ovariectomized...

On May 21, 2019 Advanced LIGO and Virgo detectors observed a gravitational-wave transient GW190521, the heaviest binary black-hole merger detected to date with remnant mass of 142$\,$M$_\odot$ that was published recently. This observation is first strong evidence for existence intermediate-mass black holes. The significance this determined by coherent WaveBurst (cWB) - search algorithm, which identified GW190521 minimal assumptions on its source model. In paper, we demonstrate capabilities...

The coherent WaveBurst (cWB) search algorithm identifies generic gravitational wave (GW) signals in the LIGO-Virgo strain data. We propose a machine learning (ML) method to optimize pipeline sensitivity special class of GW known as binary black hole (BBH) mergers. Here, we test ML-enhanced cWB on data from first and second observing runs Advanced LIGO successfully recover all BBH events previously reported by cWB, with higher significance. For simulated found false alarm rate less than...

In this work, we use the coherent WaveBurst (cWB) pipeline enhanced with machine learning (ML) to search for binary black hole (BBH) mergers in Advanced LIGO-Virgo strain data from third observing run (O3). We detect, equivalent or higher significance, all gravitational-wave (GW) events previously reported by standard cWB BBH GW Transient Catalog (GWTC-3). The ML-enhanced identifies five additional candidate catalog that were missed search. Moreover, identify three marginal not listed...

By probing the population of binary black hole (BBH) mergers detected by LIGO-Virgo, we can infer properties about underlying formation channels. A mechanism known as pair-instability (PI) supernova is expected to prevent holes from stellar collapse with mass greater than $\sim 40-65\,M_\odot$ and less 120\,M_\odot$. Any BBH merger LIGO-Virgo a component in this gap, PI likely originated an alternative channel. Here, firmly establish GW190521 outlier stellar-mass if gap begins at or below...

Abstract The coherent WaveBurst (cWB) pipeline implements a minimally-modelled search to find response in the network of gravitational wave detectors LIGO-Virgo Col-laboration time-frequency domain. In this manuscript, we provide timely introduction an extension cWB analysis detect spectral features beyond main quadrupolar emission waves during inspiral phase compact binary coalescences; more detailed discussion will be provided forthcoming paper [1]. is performed by defining specific...
