Abstract Symptoms of bitter rot were observed on apple and pear fruits in the field storage C roatia between 2009 2011. Fifteen olletotrichum isolates from two collected identified by sequencing ITS 1 2 regions ribosomal DNA . The aim of this work was to classifie vine growing regions Croatia using bioclimatic indices.
