The popularity of pre-trained large models has revolutionized downstream tasks across diverse fields, such as language, vision, and multi-modality. To minimize the adaption cost for tasks, many Parameter-Efficient Fine-Tuning (PEFT) techniques are proposed language 2D image models. However, specialized PEFT method 3D is still under-explored. this end, we introduce Point-PEFT, a novel framework adapting point cloud with minimal learnable parameters. Specifically, model, freeze most its...

ABSTRACT Ship fires pose significant threats to maritime safety. This study employs advanced text mining techniques alongside the K‐means algorithm develop a risk structure for ship fires, aiming identify key risks and fire scenarios. We collected detailed investigation reports from authoritative sources, creating database of 160 incidents over past 20 years analyze accident patterns. To enhance traditional mining, we extracted 260 descriptors using specialized dictionaries, calculating...

Particle swarm optimization (PSO) is a method for tackling functions. However, it easily trapped into the local when solving high-dimension To overcome this shortcoming, modified particle proposed in paper. In method, crossover step added to standard PSO. After crossover, fitness of position compared with that two offspring, and one as new can help particles jump out by sharing others' information. experiment on five benchmark...

In order to discover the resistance characteristics of overland flow with vegetation cover, indoor drainage experiments six slopes, seven discharges, and five degrees cover are systematically studied based on basic theories hydrodynamics hydraulics. The experimental results show that index nonsubmerged gradually increased from 0.333 0.845 as degree increased. Moreover, relationship between resistance, water depth, Reynolds number did not present a monotonic increasing or decreasing tendency,...

Regarding the airfoil optimization design of multi-rotor unmanned aerial vehicles, this paper proposes an integral method based on upper contour optimization. Firstly, by designing concave descent input curves with 0-1 distribution, arc different optimized airfoils is obtained using Tangent circles method. Secondly, generation developed after establishing middle arc. As and lower arcs shapes are randomly combined, various profiles random assortment. Finally, effectiveness accuracy designed...

Abstract An SEIR epidemic model with constant immigration and random fluctuation around the endemic equilibrium is considered. As a special case, deterministic system discussed by Li et al. will be incorporated into stochastic version given us. We carry out detailed analysis on asymptotic behavior of model, also regarding basic reproduction number ℛ 0 . By means Lyapunov functions we give sufficient conditions for globally stochastically stability unique positive equilibrium. When > 1,...
