만성질환자 수 증가와 노인인구 증가로 인해 복합적인 보건의료와 돌봄이 필요한 인구가 증가함에 따라, 병원뿐만 아니라 지역사회 내 다학제 전문가 협력의 필요성이 더욱 중요해지고 있다. 이러한 협력은 예비보건의료인인 학생 시기부터 교육을 통해 필요성과 방법에 대해 이해하는 것이 필수적이다. 그러나 현재 보건의료계열대학 교육에서 교육과정이 포함된 대학교는 거의 없다. 이에 본 연구는 지역사회통합돌봄 전문직 간 교육과정을 개발하고자 한다. 교육과정 개발을 위해, 국내외 교육모형 및 교육과정, 그리고 핵심역량을 검토하였고, 이를 기반으로 1차 개발하였다. 개발된 교육과정은 총 3차례 자문과 델파이조사를 수정보완하여 최종 확정하였다. 14주간 주당 3시수로, 강의 30시간, 교내실습 3시간, 팀빌딩 1시간, 토론과 발표 8시간으로 구성되었다. 추후 협력을 실천할 있는 전문인력을 양성하는 기초 교육과정으로 활용되기를 기대한다. 향후 지속적해서 운영 확대 발전하기 위해서는 교육의 추진을...

본 연구는 고독사 위험 집단의 특성과 유형을 파악하기 위하여 2022년 인천시 1인가구 실태조사 자료를 활용하여 사회적 고립도와 가구 취약성이라는 두 가지 기준에 따라 위험군을 집중관리군, 일반관리군, 일반군 세 그룹으로 분류하였다. 위험도가 가장 높은 집중관리군의 특징은 주로 남성이었고, 혼자 산기간이 길었으며, 월평균 소득이 100만원 미만이면서 정부지원을 받는 사람이 많았다. 사는 것과 현재 거주지에 대한 만족감이 낮았고, 주거는 월세•사글세•연세로 거주하고 있었다. 또한, 위험계층일수록 만성질환 개수가 많고, 주관적 건강상태가 낮고, 운동과 건강검진 경험이 적었으며, 아플 때 해결한다고 응답한 식생활의 경우, 하루에 한 번 이상 끼니를 거르거나 직접 요리를 하지 않고 편의점 음식이나 패스트 푸드로 해결하고 원하는 활동을 못하는 이유로는 시간부족, 비용부담, 나쁜 건강상태를 그 이유로 꼽았다. 정책에 대해서는 긍정적이었으며 활용의향이 높았고 비대면 서비스를 선호했다....
