Exhaust emissions from ships have garnered significant attention because of their impact on global climate change, deterioration air quality, and potential risks to human health. Consequently, it is necessary urgent quantify the gaseous particulate emission factors (EFs) in a local area. In order supplement native EF profile data, an inland cargo ship China was selected for measuring particle pollutants under real-world operation modes. The fuel-based EFs carbon dioxide, monoxide (CO),...

Arbitration logic is extensively used in modern computer architectures to dynamically determine how shared hardware resources are allocated or accessed. Recent work has shown that machine learning techniques can learn non-obvious yet effective arbitration policies, which simulation demonstrate superior performance over human-designed heuristics. However, existing methods based on deep too expensive be directly implemented as an unit hardware. While some prior efforts managed manually analyze...

This paper is proposed a flapping wing aircraft based on the crank slider mechanism to solve problems of two structures, such as synchronization and excessive local stress common existing ornithopters. MATLAB used equations determine dimensions individual components, 3D model designed by SolidWorks software. The static analysis wings, stress, strain distribution map wings are carried out. Moreover, modeled in Adams software, which simulates actual structure designing kinematic constraint...

In this article, distributed fault-tolerant formation control strategy of linear multi-agent systems (MASs) is studied. An adaptive protocol investigated to eliminate the influence approximation error by solving several sets matrix inequalities obtain estimation fault tolerance factor. It shown that MASs can be reached and tolerant. Finally, designed system verified simulations.

Black carbon (BC) is a significant component of fine particulate matter (PM2.5, with aerodynamic diameters ≤ 2.5 μm), and its spatial distribution greatly affects the global radiation budget. However, vertical distributions key driving factors BC in atmospheric boundary layer, where mostly concentrated, remain unclear. In this study, gradient measurements were made using an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) platform from ground level to 500 m above (AGL) during after 2016 G20 control period...
