Part of speech (POS) tagging is fundamental in natural language processing. So far, many methods have been applied for English and the task well solved. However, there are few studies about this problem Vietnamese. In paper, we evaluate common features POS then propose some specific Vietnamese tagging. Experimental results on Lexicography Centerpsilas research grouppsilas corpus show that our tagger using feature set trained by SVM outperforms other taggers.
Abstract The aim of this study was to examine the resistome characteristics Salmonella spp. Contamination found in raw retail beef, pork, and chicken samples collected Hanoi, Vietnam. Approximately 28% (25/90) tested carried bacteria. A total 13/25 (52%) these bacteria were resistant at least one antibiotic 9/25 (36%) isolates be multidrug resistant. RNA‐seq analysis detected expression 107 resistance genes (e.g., 22 β‐lactam, 46 aminoglycosides, 8 quinolones, 7 chloramphenicol, 6...
Drug-resistant tuberculosis not only diminishes treatment efficacy but also heightens the risk of transmission and mortality. Investigating Mycobacterium resistance to first-line antituberculosis drugs is essential tackle a major global health challenge. Using Sanger sequencing, this study investigates gene mutations associated with multidrug in drug-resistant M. strains. Among 30 samples, were found genes linked anti-tuberculosis drug resistance. Rifampicin was observed 46.67% most frequent...
Mong Cai pig (Sus scrofa) is the Vietnamese indigenous breed. The complete mitogenome of this breed has been sequenced and characterized. It deposited in GenBank with accession number KX147100.There were 37 genes (13 protein-coding, 2 rRNA, 22 tRNA a control (D loop) region) located 16,711 bp mitogenome. The phylogenetic relationships both D loop region revealed shortest genetic distance Lantang breeds close relationship to some other China regions.Taken together, valuable data provide...
Hospital-acquired infection is one of the main causes for prolong treatment and risk death. In this study, nine multidrug resistant strains were isolated from patient's samples. The antimicrobial susceptibility testing was performed to confirm strong resistance with β-lactam, carbapenem colistin. The expression genes examined using reverse transcription PCR identify 14 associated drug genotype matched phenotype. Two (blaNDM-1 blaKPC-2) colistin gene (mcr-1.1)were found in indicating a likely...
Background: The over using of antibiotics in hospitals, communities and agriculture has raised drug resistance Vietnam. Objective: study was to identify the multi antimicrobial gene expression associated with extensively phenotype Klebsiella pneumonia (K.pneumoniae) isolated from clinical samples Military Hospital 103 Vietnam.Material Method: Seventeen resistant (XDR) strains were identified measured antibiotic susceptibility by Vitek 2 Compact System.Genes related screened in-house multiplex...
Objective: Dipterocarp identification is challenging, based on traditional methods of morphological characteristics for species conservation and management. In the present study, matK region was used as a DNA bar-code to identify Dipterocarpaceae in Vietnam. Methods: All samples were collected at studied localities identified by botanist. extracted using modified Cetyltrimethylammonium bromide method amplified gene PCR. Sequencing performed an Avant 3100 Automated sequencer system. Results:...
Bacillus anthracis and Yersinia pestis are at high risk of bioterrorism, but they have different strains virulence that exist in the natural environment, making it difficult to diagnose disease. This study aimed develop a novel hexaplex PCR assay simultaneously detect B. Y. quickly distinguish their levels. The vrrA, pagA, capA genes from ypo2088, pla, caf1 were specifically amplified generate six fragments 222, 751, 610 103, 438, 271 bp, respectively. Furthermore, recombinant competitive...
This study focused on the assessment of multiantibiotic-resistance and gene expression associated with multi-drug resistance in Elizabethkingia. Six Elizabethkingia spp. strains were isolated from patient samples, antibiotic-resistance six isolates all 14 tested antibiotics was confirmed. MacConkey subculture 16S rRNA sequencing used to identify as; one meningoseptica (E. meningoseptica) isolate, five E. anophelis isolates. Seven genes including four-resistant (blaB, blaCME, ant6, lolD catB...
Background: Salmonella serovars contamination of food items shows a negative effect on the industry and causes great hazard for consumers. Although developed hygiene methods, are still high risk to human health, new methods identification spp. needed. Objective: Bacteriophages have been considered good method detecting bacteria owing their target cell specificity, simplicity cheapness. can be used biocontrol without cultural methods. Moreover, phages or phage-derived proteins also detect...
Abstract Introduction Nucleobindin-2 (NUCB2) was identified as a DNA/Ca2+ binding protein with multiple functions in humans. Prohormone convertase-mediated NUCB2 processing produced nesfatin-1 - biologically active. Nesfatin-1, an 82-amino acid peptide, extracted from the N-terminus of nucleobindin-2. Recently, it described anorexia peptide related to weight loss, malnutrition, and appetite regulation type 2 diabetes mellitus patients. Research design methods In this study, we collected...
