Low power data radio transceiver was designed based on ATMEGA88PA microcontroller and A7102C RF chip. The design principle described. hardware circuit diagram the software flow chart were given. Experimental results showed that in 433MHz band standby current less than 2uA, transmitting 14.9dbm, receiving sensitivity was-110dbm communication distance 1.2KM open space.
