Aluminum oxide (Al 2 O 3 ) amorphous structure with short-range order and long-range disorder has presented promising applications in optical optoelectronic devices. In this paper, the Al films different thickness were prepared by atomic layer deposition (ALD) technology at 200°C to achieve structure. X-ray diffraction (XRD) energy dispersive spectrum (EDS) results indicated that stable O/Al ratio. The surface topography investigated force microscopy (AFM) showed samples smooth crack-free....

Abstract Flexible sensors have been widely studied for use in motion monitoring, human‒machine interactions (HMIs), personalized medicine, and soft intelligent robots. However, their practical application is limited by low output performance, narrow measuring range, unidirectional force detection. Here, to achieve flexibility high performance simultaneously, we developed a flexible wide-range multidimensional sensor (FWMFS) similar bones embedded muscle structures. The adjustable magnetic...

Harvesting low-frequency vibration energy in the environment can provide electrical for mobile electronic devices. In this article, a bidirectional driving harvester is presented based on electromagnetic induction. The component of converts reciprocating linear motion into unidirectional rotation. addition, two sets generators are rectified first, and then connected series to reduce voltage rang, which conducive management storage, reduces loss. results show that its average output power...

High-performance vector hydrophones have been gaining attention for underwater target-monitoring applications. Nevertheless, there exists the mutual constraint between sensitivity and bandwidth of a single hydrophone. To solve this problem, four-unit array piezoelectric bionic MEMS hydrophone (FPVH) was developed in paper, which has cross-beam fish-lateral-line-nerve-cell-cilia unit structure. Simulation analysis optimization design microstructure performed by COMSOL 6.1 software to...

Metal oxide semiconductors (MOSs) hold great promise for electronic devices such as gas sensors. The utilization of ZnO a conductometric sensor material can be traced back to its early stages; however, application has primarily been limited high-temperature environments. A based on highly porous and interconnected 3D networks tetrapod (ZnO-T) micro-nano structures was fabricated via an easy chemical vapor deposition (CVD) method. Homemade instruments were utilized evaluate the gas-sensing...
