Abstract Two cases with laryngeal manifestations of systemic lupus erythematosus presented demonstrate the value serial indirect photography and results treatment for mucosal serosal effects disease. Systemic is an autoimmune collagen vascular disease which produces widespread damage to connective tissue, blood vessels, surfaces mucous membranes (Rodman et ah, 1973). It no surprise that such a disorder upper airways too may show involvement.Estimates number patients involvement have ranged...

The utility sustainability initiatives need be evaluated as number inpatients is expected continue declining. In this viewpoint, we describe use rapidly deployed workflow at large academic medical center discuss potential impact on PPE savings. early 2020,...

A new technique for recoating optical fibre with a polyimide jacket is demonstrated and characterised. Single double layer coatings of 7 15 µm, respectively, have been applied to 85 125 µm fibre. The are uniform pinhole free, the recoated sections high strength.

A new technique for recoating optical fiber with a polyimide jacket is demonstrated. Single layer coatings of 7 micrometers , and double layers 15 have been applied to 125 fiber. The are uniform concentric, can be no loss original strength. accommodates multiple diameters without the need interchanging parts.

This work demonstrates the application in freeze-drying of a single analytical instrument (Z-FDM) combining impedance (Z) spectroscopy with microscopy (FDM). The electrical spectrum and visual appearance 5% sucrose solution was analysed an interdigitated micro-electrode array placed on microscope stage. critical process parameters ice growth, sublimation drying rate end-point were studied using Z-FDM technique addition to observing collapse temperature. early study indicates that by this...
