The aim of our study was to assess the impact very early introduction refeeding on course acute pancreatitis (AP) in children. Additionally, we evaluated effect nutrition inflammatory markers, including cytokines.
The coexistence of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) with pancreatic pathology is rare in children. A retrospective analysis data from 1538 children diagnosed IBD 2014–2021 was conducted to determine the frequency and causes pancreatitis asymptomatic hyperlipasemia (HL) or hyperamylasemia (HA) this group patients.
