Abstract In the present work, high-rate epitaxial growth for superconducting YBa 2 Cu 3 O 7- δ (YBCO) films on substrates of LaMnO (LMO)/IBAD-MgO/Y /Al /Hastelloy is achieved by fluorine-free metal organic deposition (FF-MOD) rapidly switching partial oxygen pressure ( p ) at a fixed temperature.
