Here we present a water-in-air droplet platform for micro-compartmentalization single molecule guided synthesis and analysis consisting of flow-system hosting dense arrays aqueous microdroplets on glass surface surrounded by air.

We demonstrate the use of a two-beam optical trap (an stretcher) in low-cost microfluidic system with purpose measuring mechanical properties cells and vesicles. FluorAcryl 3298 (FA) is a UV-curable fluoroacrylate polymer commonly employed as chemically resistant, hydrophobic, and oleophobic coating.
