Visual disturbances occur more frequently during preeclampsia than pregnancy in general, but visual due to cranial nerve palsy are rare. We present the case of a 35-year-old preeclamptic woman with left third and serous retinal detachment. The patient complained disturbance double vision soon after cesarean section.
