A novel approach for the separation of ketorolac enantiomers by capillary electrophoresis is presented. cationic β-cyclodextrin derivative based on imidazole was synthesized and used as a chiral selector in background electrolyte. The influence pH ionic strength electrolyte, well concentration resolution enantiomers, investigated. highest value 1.46 when electrolyte consisted 25 mM NaH2 PO4 (pH 6.4) with 1 1-butyl-3-β-cyclodextrinimidazolium tosylate. Additionally, possibilities derivatives...

Abstract In this study, the preparation process of multifunctional coating based on imidazole and β‐cyclodextrin has been developed. The synthesis includes several steps: activation fused silica capillary walls via alkali, then silylation finally functionalization with derivative. latter step was carried over 22 h at 100°C 750 mg/mL concentration p ‐toluenesulfonyl‐β‐cyclodextrin. It established that coatings thus obtained are stable within pH 2–7 range but decompose in alkaline medium....

Despite the rise of digitalization, scrutiny paper documents with stamps and signatures remains crucial, constituting 55–60 % document examination court cases. Developing accessible robust ink analysis techniques is an ongoing challenge for forensic scientists. To tackle issues related to identification classification dye components in blue ballpoint pens, we have proposed advanced approach that integrates high-performance thin-layer chromatography (HPTLC), digital color (DCA), hierarchical...

Here, we propose a novel approach to the classification of blue ballpoint pen inks based on combination selective extraction coloring components from paper carrier, digital color analysis (DCA) remaining traces, and hierarchical cluster DCA results. Since most documents high importance are still produced in hard copies, proposed method, being highly time- cost-efficient, could be significant contribution forensic science field authenticating handwritten documents. Several commonly used...

Covalent coatings of internal quartz capillary walls based on the ionic liquids were synthesized within this research. The synthesis covalent coating included a step silylation followed by functionalization with imidazole and 1-bromobutane. resulting created anodic electroosmotic flow (EOF) at pH = 2. range which do not change their properties was 2.0-5.5. possibilities different ways on-line concentration ( large volume sample stacking, head-column field-amplified sweeping, sweeping in...

The paper presents various theoretical and practical aspects of sample preparation blue ballpoint pen ink applied on for subsequent quantitative analysis using reverse-phase high-performance liquid chromatography (RP HPLC). Estimation analytical characteristics a variant cutting out fragment containing reproducibility results is discussed; composition the extraction system conditions were evaluated. Qualitative characterization extracts was performed by RP HPLC with diode array detection....
