The Amyand hernia is a rare type of inguinal where the appendix located within hernial sac. It present in less than 1% hernias and 0.13% cases, it associated with complications including acute appendicitis perforation. This case details an 81-year-old female recurrent perforated sessile serrated lesion. A literature review was conducted to identify existing cases neoplasm or hernia.
