This case report describes a patient who developed seizure with single-pulse transcranial magnetic stimulation during motor threshold estimation. The had no history of seizures in the past and gross neurologic deficits. only possible seizure-provoking factors were modest doses lithium chlorpromazine, which was on, family brother. aims to highlight fact that may provoke even absence abnormality.
